Horrible experience! Realtors were not responded too for their requests to show our house. Poor communication and unprofessional! You get what you pay for! We may have paid the basic package of $149 plus 3.5% commission but we expect responses to our questions. When asked if we should drop our price the reply we received was "your guess is good as mine. I can't read minds". We received reports from 2 other realtors that tried to book a showing with our house for a few days and never got a response to book it. In addition, our house did not get placed on the MLS in the state we live in!! No, we don't expect 24/7 but we do expect quality customer service!

What can I really say , Mario and Myra are miracle workers ! They put up amazing pictures of my home and had it sold for more than I had asked for in only 24 hrs ! Had me moved out nd put in my dream home faster than I could imagine ! Than you for your amazing effort and team work truly the best !

Called to get information for a house for sale very rude not professional at all.

Bryan was prompt, professional, and easy to work with. He helped us sell our rental house with ease of knowing that all things were taken care of. When it came down to the last detail, we needed to switch attorneys to get the deed up to date and he made sure all the paperwork was ready for us to close on time.

Brian worked with us on buying our first home during a stressful time of our first pregnancy and first childbirth. We were looking for something in a more rural area and that meant that Brian had to travel all over the place, lol, and he did it. He did a great job of holding our hands through the process and working with us to find our first home. Even now, two years after buying the home, Brian still treats us with the same attention and kindness as he did then, as we have contacted him for various things. For example, recently, we’ve needed copies of certain documents and things from when we went through the homebuying process and we couldn’t locate them. Brian promptly and courteously was able to get what we needed and get it to us. This is the kind of service you will get if you go with Brian and Attain RE.

My condo has not been sold out on the market over half a year with another local reviewer. I decided to change a realtor. Since I had experience with redfin for selling a house before, I contacted the partner realtor on redfin. Iowa is a new market on Redfin. Thus, Redfin does not have their own realtors, but partner realtors. I called Bryan. He showed interest in selling my condo. He drove 40 minutes to have the first visit of my condo. He took video and did extensive marketing through different channels. Very effective and keep reporting the progress. He sold out my condo within 40 days at a reasonable price, especially considering that the real estate market throughout the country slows down. For my condo, there are five similar ones in the three buildings next to each other on the market and mine is the most expensive one. You could imagine my pressure and how challenging the job was. Bryan only charges a half compared to other local realtors. However, I would like to admit that his efficiency is much better than others. If I have to write something about his weakness, I would say that he only provides one-time open house for the sellers. If you want more, please prepare to do yourself.

If I could give this team 10 stars I would. They exceeded my expectations. Any questions I had were promptly answered. Everyone I worked with was a professional and I felt like I had an advocate for my family throughout the entire process. I will happily work with Attain RE in the future.

I would recommend Bryan to anyone who wants to sell a property. Bryan did an excellent job getting our house sold. We sold our house AFTER the “Housing Boom”. Interest rates were going up and the number of prospective buyers was going down. Never the less Bryan found us a buyer in less than 48hrs after putting the house on the market. He was also able to get us an offer that was over our listing price. We had a signed an agreement to sell the house at 9:30pm on a Sunday night. I was very impressed with his tenacity and willingness to work late hours to get the job done. To our dismay 1 week before we were to close the buyer lost his financing due to some odd circumstances. So we had to put the house back on the market. After, the interest rates had gone up again. But, it took Bryan less than a week to find a new buyer. (Again, for over the asking price) Thankfully, this time we were able to complete the sale. Bryan’s ability to find a buyer so quickly is amazing. I would be remiss if I did not mention Mayra his office manager. She was fantastic and more than a pleasure to work with. She is a great guide for finishing the process and getting everything done that needs to get done to finish the sale.

"I'll start by saying this.....I have NEVER had a positive experience with a Realtor until I worked with Bryan Curtis. I came across Bryan after a very bad, failed experience with more than one Realtor from Cedar Rapids, Iowa. I reached out to Bryan while working with a "For Sale By Owner" site, yet I wanted to list it on the MLS with a commission that I personally set. I was looking to sell our home and list it on the MLS, so I worked with Bryan to get that accomplished. Typically, an agent who works with FSBO sales just puts up some pictures of your home and then allows Buyer's agents the ability to see it on the MLS and offer it to their clients. This is what I expected, but I was taken by surprise by the level of service and effort that Bryan put into selling our house. He could have literally done NOTHING more than post pics and let the Buyer's agents sell the home. However, he went the extra mile and took AMAZING pics of our home...inside / out/ and aerial. Posted home on multiple sites, took calls from agents and showed our home. In addition, he fielded calls from prospective buyers, Buyer's Agents, and other real estate firms, taking the burden off of me. I worked with a Real Estate agent in Cedar Rapids for 5 months that was hard to reach, did not put any effort into selling our home, NEVER showed the house (not even once), and was extremely poor at communicating anything to us. Bryan was the exact opposite. He was prompt to return calls, eager to help, and quick to address other questions from Buyer's agents... We showed the house damn near every week when it was listed with Bryan, that was not the case with our previous Realtors. As I said previously, other Realtors left me with a poor feeling about Real Estate Agents, and I know I was a difficult client. Bryan made selling our home his personal mission and did in 2 months what others were incapable of doing in 5-6 months. Reach out to this guy! He's the real deal, and probably one of the few Agents who are worth working with."

I am not the most computer savvy, and they helped me with all of my questions and were always quick to respond and patient with their answers. Also, the video footage and photos they took of my house were absolutely stunning.

We saved almost $7,000 in realtor fees by using Attain RE's service. Our home was sold in 18 days and we closed in under 30 days. Bryan was very helpful during contract negotiation time and helped maximize our take-home. We sold for 3% under asking. The package we utilized required more seller involvement than a traditional real estate service, but well worth it for the savings.

I have used a realtor five different times to sell a property and Bryan is the best even though he was half the cost. Even though my last home was a challenge to sell (condo with four other competing units for sale in the same association), Bryan worked very hard every step of the way. Bryan's knowledge of the market is impressive as we got full asking price. I highly recommend Bryan for all your realestate needs.

My wife and I contacted him to get a short sale rolling. He ensured us we where in good hands we then heard nothing from him for 3 days. We called a dead number saying "application error, goodbye." Sent emails to no avail until this morning when we said we will looking for a professional to assist us did he finally reply. The screenshot is below. This is my second time working with Bryan. The first time I bought my home, this time I sold it due to relocation. I was stated away for the 3 weeks leading up to my closing. He offered us the same service that any realtor would offer and yet saved us over $15,000 in commission over our house sale. We used their premium service that offer almost everything, including pictures, local MLS, the digital lock, etc. He also provided the info for a closing lawyer and every other thing we needed. Since his fee includes the 3% buyer's realtor fee, we didn't got desciminated by buyer's realtors and plenty of them brought buyers to our house. I had my house as for sale by owner for a bit more than a month before we decided to try him, and our house got sold a couple of weeks after we signed the contract with him.

Bryan and Mayra are a great team. They did everything they said they’d do. Determining a reasonable asking price based on them researching comps in the area, prior to taking pics and listing my property. They identified little details to emphasize. They even reviewed the map data to find the best way into the development due to a road closure that made it difficult to locate. When they listed it, they did it with the right price at the same time as posting professional pics, virtual tour, and video tour, with an open house the following weekend. I didn’t even have to do the open house! It sold within 24 hours of listing. When an issue arose due to the buyers agent’s mistake in not notifying us or ME that someone would be coming into the house and they entered unannounced while I was home, Bryan and Mayra were already on the phone asking why this vendor accessed my key box before I could even catch my breath & text them. They not only determined what happened but held the buyers realtor accountable for the terrifying moments captured on my employers recorded video call. They offered to assist with finding lenders and a house as I relocate for work. They were incredible to work with when I had questions prior to closing and after closing. They helped with making all calls related to closing, confirmed appointments, stayed on top of everything to ensure closing occurred without any issues. Obviously I can’t say enough about everything they did: I feel like I made two new friends. I will recommend them to everyone I know trying to buy or sell a home.

Attain RE is amazing! I had a few realtors come by and look and my house and did my research before hiring anyone. I went with Attain because they had a great rate and they saw the value in our home that we saw. Other realtors literally wanted to list our house for 30k less than what it ended up being sold for. Bryan and Mayra are professional and approachable - I totally trusted them the whole time! They work with everything from starter homes to executive homes and we will be recommending them to friends and family at all stages in life!

Bryan and his staff were very kind and helpful in getting my property listing up and running on the MLS. They answered all of my questions and concerns and showed utmost cutesy and provided quick responses.. Their commission may not have been large but Bryan surely did not act like it. Attain RE. Dont know about the rest of the realitors at Attain RE but Brandy Liabin, my families realitor was and is still amazing. From finding was a great single family home in Altoona, to giving the home appliance warrenty fits to the point they bought us a new fridge, to telling me about residential tax credits. This girls does everything in her power to help you before and after. The best realitor Ive dealt with. If you ask for anyone, ask for Brandy. We so appreciate this girl

Was just contacted randomly by Bryan Curtis, he was trying to sell us on some product he's rolling out and wanting us to use it to sell our house. After telling him numerous times that we weren't interested he became obviously frustrated kept interrupting me and hung up. Extremely unprofessional and rude. I wouldn't recommend anybody work with him at any capacity.
